Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mosaico platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity (e.g., a Shopify Merchant), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Mosaico provides a third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse management dashboard integrated with e-commerce platforms. We facilitate order fulfillment, returns management, and shipping logistics. We are a technology provider and do not directly function as a common carrier.

3. Fees and Payments

Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan and any pass-through shipping costs from third-party carriers. Mosaico reserves the right to suspend access to the dashboard in the event of non-payment or failed credit card authorizations.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSAICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST SHIPMENTS, OR CARRIER DELAYS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO MOSAICO IN THE PRECEDING SIX (6) MONTHS.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with Shopify and various shipping carriers. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or service interruptions caused by these external providers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
